Role : Lead Java Developer Location : Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote) ARIZON ,FLORIDA Position Type: Contract (6+ months) JD: We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team as a Tech Lead. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a robust background in API development and a passion for mentoring junior engineers. You will be responsible for leading multiple scrum teams to support our customer service domain and build capabilities for frontline engineers. Skills: Previous American express experience or banking Domin would plus *experience with machine learning would be plus. * GCP and GCP services are a big plus *Gen AI experience is a big plus Back-end server side no Front-end; building microservices and data related work. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Java and extensive experience in developing APIs. Strong understanding of back-end server-side development, with no front-end responsibilities. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GCP services is a significant plus. Exposure to machine learning concepts is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers. Nice to Have: Experience with Python. Familiarity with machine learning.
