Red Hat OpenShift experience on-prem/off-prem Kubernetes CKAD certification (nice to have) Knowledge of AKS is nice to have, but not primary. They are planning to bring AKS into hybrid cloud containers, but it will take some time. Scripting Terraform, Ansible, Bash Security concepts and security tools Programming experience Java or Python or both Jenkins, CI/CD, Bitbucket, Tekton Start with a new component (COTS product etc.) and drive workflow from POC to production implementation To be able to lead a team of 3~4-member team offshore.
