This position is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week onsite in Raleigh, NC. This position will function as a Tier 3 level IT Architect Systems Administrator II for the Integrated Network Services unit. This position will provide primary support in the resolution of MS window systems and software, network hardware, scripting, software, and applications problems between technical, support, and customer personnel for Enterprise Endpoint Security, Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management Support, Project Management, and Process and Procedure Documentation. REQUIRED SKILLS: 3+ years of handling support ServiceNow tickets. 4+ years of handling various requirement details from various business units, and documentation. 4+ years of handling Disaster Recovery steps for data centers that comprise of storage, computer, network, and virtualization technologies. 4+ years of handling Backup, VMWare, Windows Active Directory, Patching, Antivirus, Linux, and Cloud technologies. 4+ years of handling Verbal and written communication with both technical and non[1]technical groups. 4+ years of experience in managing medical and directory services.
