Role: BI Business Intelligence Consultant Location: Orlando, FL - ONSITE Contract Responsibilities: Develop and maintain CxO level summary reports and dashboards. Understand and address the challenges faced during the Power BI rollout, including licensing terms and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and rollout of BI solutions across the organization. Provide training and support to users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Power BI. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions to meet business needs. Required Qualifications: 10-12 years proven experience as a BI Developer with expertise in Power BI, writing DAX and Power Query. In-depth knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices. Experience with strategies to overcome rollout and adoption related challenges including Power BI licensing terms and compliance. Experience in change management process for BI platforms Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, ETL processes, and Azure data fabric. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Mandatory Soft Skills: Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Problem-Solving: Proficiency in identifying problems and implementing effective solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in reports and data visualizations. Collaboration: Excellent team player, capable of working with cross-functional teams. Project Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
