Experience integrating Slack with Salesforce to streamline communication, collaboration, and workflows, enabling teams to work more efficiently and effectively within the Salesforce ecosystem. Summary of Key Skills/Attributes: Salesforce expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM solutions, particularly Service Cloud, Datacloud, and Client 360 features. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Salesforce product strategy, development, design, and rollout, with a focus on user experience. AI and emerging technology proficiency: Experience delivering A.I.-powered solutions for customer service and/or sales at an enterprise scale. The candidate should be familiar with the emerging generative AI landscape and have a vision for harnessing these technologies to build impactful solutions for clients and internal service associates. Communication and leadership skills: The ability to break down complex subject matters for non-technical audiences, clearly explain ideas, create compelling arguments, and deliver visual and verbal information for maximum impact.
