Need recent experience within the last 2-4 years of working on app dev. Please Note: This is not a Release Train Engineer role. It is a Technical PM role that is working on release of new code for Oncor (App Dev projects). It would be helpful if a person moved from a Dev or QA tester role into a PM role. This person will be working on a complex project/s so need to be more of a Senior person. Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager. Job duties include: Plan, direct and coordinate Change and Release activities for changes/code delivery, Application updates as required. Work with Scrum, Project, and Operations Teams to assist in the creation or upgrade of a Product/Component, per Enterprise vision and plans. Plan and follow up on development and testing schedules, various project and operations-related tasks and activities that may be critical in the teams everyday functioning. Ensure consistency in code versions across environments, failures, lessons learned, Release Roadmaps etc. Drive changes to Distribution and non-Distribution capabilities that may be required to support/stabilize updates to existing systems and new technologies. Create Design, Release, deployment documents etc. to support these changes. Attend Change Control Board meetings to facilitate, follow-up, verify completeness of documentation and a holistic validation of new Change requests coming in. Support Environment build out, stabilization and decommissioning activities, as and when needed. Help with application and interface testing and coordinate testing effort with various functional partners. Requirements include: At least 5 years in a Sr. Technical Project Manager role. Experience must be current. Strong understanding and experience working with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and projects that involve the release of new code. Experience working on large, complex projects - multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working for an enterprise organization Fortune 500 company. Experience with Agile/Scrum framework. Client - Oncor Type - SOW Contract 6 months + plus, can go many years Auth VISA friendly Location - 2525 Story Road W, Irving, Texas 75038. All 5 days in office - 8 hours a day.
