Sr ServiceNow Developer

Location : 20309 N Creek Pkwy Building L Bothell,
WA 98011 (3 Days Hybrid)- local candidate

Duration : 6+ MonthsJOB DESCRIPTION : Need servicenow certifications

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our DevOps team, dedicated to managing and supporting multiple ServiceNow environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance and health of our platform through effective incident resolution, system maintenance, application development, and tier 3 support.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Provide Tier 3 support, assisting both operations and development teams with complex issues.
Develop and implement ITSM change management solutions and performance optimization strategies.
Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting and independent project management.
Document technical processes and develop scripts to automate user tasks.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification (mandatory).
Proficiency in ServiceNow modules: ITOM, ITSM, PPM, HAM & SAM, CMDB, CSDM.
Experience with JavaScript, MID server management, SSO configurations, and asset discovery.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix, Windows administration, and basic networking.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, ITIL frameworks, and ITSM certification (or equivalent experience).

Specializations (Roles):
Change Management CI/CD Automation:
Mid-level ServiceNow developer with two years of experience in ITSM change management on the ServiceNow platform.
ITSM Implementor and CAD certification.
Solid JavaScript experience.

Performance Management:
Solid ServiceNow administrator with experience in ServiceNow platform performance optimization and scalability.
CSA certification with 2 years of ServiceNow implementation/development experience.
ServiceNow Administration Advanced course completion.
Solid Linux/Unix user and basic admin experience.
Basic JavaScript development and JMeter experience.

Testing:
Proficient in SN performance troubleshooting and in-depth knowledge of diagnosing and resolving system performance issues.
Advanced expertise in ServiceNow architecture and understanding of its three-tier structure.
Demonstrated grasp of ServiceNows functionalities and capabilities.
Advanced expertise in JMeter load testing and performance testing methodologies.
Ability to extract meaningful insights from JMeter tests and apply troubleshooting expertise for test result improvement.
Proficiency in constructing and configuring JMeter scripts to support other teams with their testing endeavours.
Experience in ServiceNow Performance tooling, including Instance Observer, Application Insights, and Performance Dashboard.
Knowledgeable in CLIENT specific domain knowledge, including policies, tools, security policies, and application use cases.
Practical experience in managing integrations of ServiceNow with third-party systems and troubleshooting performance problems within the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in ServiceNow Development, including Event Management, ITSM, and Configuration Management.
