Implementation Support: o Collaborate with the global IT team and external partners to ensure a smooth transition from Epicor and NAV to Business Central. o Utilize provided templates and assist in uploading data and configuring BC to meet the company's specific needs. o Conduct training sessions for employees on the functionalities of Business Central and manage change effectively. 2. Local Support: o Serve as the primary point of contact for BC support in the United States, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during or after implementation. o Coordinate with overseas support teams when necessary to resolve technical issues promptly. 3. Travel and Training: o Be available for occasional travel to different company locations, primarily in Texas, for training sessions and on-site support. o Assist in the training of employees on BC functionalities, operations, and best practices. 4. Continuous Improvement: o Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity. o Stay updated on the latest developments and features in Business Central to provide valuable insights and support ongoing optimization efforts. Requirements: 1. Experience: o Previous experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential. o Familiarity with transitioning from Epicor and older versions of NAV to Business Central is highly desirable. o Experience with similar transitions, including challenges faced and solutions implemented, is advantageous. 2. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as related tools such as Arrow for reporting. o Knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceMax, and ADP. 3. Domain Knowledge: o Understanding of equipment sales, service, and refurbishing processes. o Experience in operations, finance, and related areas of business administration. 4. Communication and Training: o Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. o Charisma and adaptability to facilitate training sessions and manage change within the organization. 5. Flexibility and Travel: o Willingness to travel occasionally for training and support purposes. o Remote work is acceptable, but preference given to candidates based in Texas for easier access to company locations.
