They should have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to articulate concepts, requirements, and rationale. They should be familiar with agile development processes and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. MUST HAVE 7 Required Working with product owners and subject matter experts to gather functional requirements and preparing user stories for sprint teams specific to software development projects. 7 Required Leading sprint planning and grooming sessions. 7 Required Collaborating with product owners and IT development teams to elicit, analyze, and elaborate on epics/features; decomposing features into user stories defining both functional and non-functional requirements. 7 Required Analyzing and designing the process and data flows from upstream to downstream systems to meet the solution requirements. 7 Required Working in an Agile methodology project team environment. 7 Required Reviewing, evaluating and testing software and documenting findings to technical and non-technical staff. 7 Required Hands on analysis and experience with Java, REST APIs or similar web service experience and documenting their requirements 7 Required Writing and analyzing simple ad hoc queries. 7 Required Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff. PREFERRED 5 Preferred experience with technologies such as Oracle procedures and functions, Oracle forms and reports, and/or microservices is preferred.
