Job Description: Expertise in Payer ecosystem -- Enrollment , Billing and Claims, 834 files Technical understanding of Data models along Healthcare Applications Preferably QNXT SQL Technical Proficiency Good communication and problem solving skill Understand technical and functional requirements for all pending and new work coming from client. Guide developers on technical implementation after finalizing implementation solution with me. Lead the SCRUM and answer all questions for all our developers. Make sure Jira tickets have proper implementation details, so that developers are not confused when they start the development. Make sure client doesnt sneak in new requirements during the sprint when developer is working the story. This can happen only when tech lead knows what getting implemented. Guide developers on better coding patterns. Review the code produced by our developers.
