In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management platforms. Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between complex enterprise systems, preferably involving UKG Pro WFM Dimensions. Ability to analyze complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
