Info: Must give last four SSN, Birth mm/dd and email address EXTERNAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Looking for an individual with strong technical and troubleshooting skills to support Zigbee networks. The Zigbee Wireless Technical Specialist must be a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for in-depth design, analysis, testing and configuration for Zigbee solutions across property. This individual will prepare detailed design documents, coordinate equipment configurations and installations, monitor network health and testing, as well as develop preventative maintenance programs. This individual must also have a strong understanding of Zigbee networks demonstrated through past examples. Responsibilities: Deploy innovative wireless solutions to merge new technologies into an existing complex environment Lead implementations with various partners Oversee activities of multiple vendors for new device installations, maintenance, and network monitoring Ensure documentation adheres to Company Design Standards Directly interface with Zigbee vendors to develop best practices into design solutions Provide design input into new network deployments Conduct in-depth analysis and recommendations to provide best practices around Zigbee wireless solutions Act as subject matter expert (SME) for deployment and support of various Zigbee wireless network components Develop processes related to network monitoring and maintenance solutions Create detailed reporting metrics regarding network performance and usage Follow industry best practices to complete network design reviews Preferred Qualifications Wireless/ Field WIFI experience in the hospitality industry.
