| Position :: Test Manager (QA Test Manager) Location :: MTV, CA (Hybrid 3 days) (EX-Google only) Job Description :: Summary: The Test Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex projects across multiple workflows. They work closely with stakeholders to define, plan and manage test execution for the defined scope by aligning resources and delivering to schedule. They also develop and implement Test Strategy, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive QA testing approach Manage and lead a team of QA testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results for all streams of QA tasks (functional, automation, performance, usability). Oversee the execution of test scripts, ensuring thorough and accurate testing of all software features Analyze test results, identify defects, and track their resolution Risk management, mitigation across all function areas. Ensuring seemless communication across onshore and offshore. SLA tracking and reporting. Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve the quality of software products Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures Addressing resources knowledge gaps, conflicts, leave/holiday management and coverage.
