Duration: 6+ Months MOI: Video Visa: No H1B/CPT Job Description The consultant would be helping the client tap onto Workday. Will be relying on the consultant to tell them what to do for Workday business processes in HR. Duties: - Document business concerns/issues and capture related requirements for changes to the system and proposed projects. - Convey requirements to and review proposed solutions with Workday Services Partner. - Evaluate proposed changes to Workday Financials to determine fit against system health and best practices. - Perform Sandbox testing of proposed changes and create user documentation for new and existing processes. - Evaluate 3rd party external solutions/systems against business functional and Workday Financials technical requirements. - Coordinate demonstrations with internal teams and facilitate decision making through the use of evaluations covering business and technical requirements.
