Location: BOCA RATON, FL (Remote) Duration: 6 Months Must have skills: -------------------------- 5+ years of strong conversion experience with a minimum 3+ successful HCM & payroll conversions for large customers ( Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud). 5+ years of Working knowledge of cloud data loading tools. Must have experience in preparing HDL data load, debugging issues, data transformations & ensuring data mapping integrity. Independently create & execute payroll scenarios, employee hiring scenarios Should have a very good understanding of payroll balances like YTD, QTD, MTD balance & their conversions. Should have knowledge of challenges & issues for the start of the quarter v/s mid-quarter Go-Live & it's related impact. Experience in benefits conversion with element loading. Should have hands-on for core HR - should be able to navigate core HR and create employees independently. Job Description: Oracle Fusion HCM Conversion Lead with 12+ years of industry experience, 5+ of which should be in Oracle Cloud projects. Proven experience as a Data Conversion Lead with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud data migration along with Payroll conversions. Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud data structures and data migration tools. The Cloud Data Conversion Lead will be responsible for the overall data conversion activities. The Conversion Lead will be responsible for driving the conversion data mapping workshops, transformation requirements, and selection criteria mappings for data extraction. Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy for the Oracle ERP Cloud project, considering data cleansing, transformation, and validation. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data conversion requirements and mapping of legacy data to Oracle Cloud data structures. Data Mapping and Transformation: Coordinate data mapping rules and oversee data transformation activities to ensure data quality and integrity during migration. Data Validation: Develop and implement data validation processes to verify the accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of data conversion processes, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation procedures. Communication: Responsible for key communication to project leadership for the data conversion efforts. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to data conversion, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and data integrity. Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate testing activities to validate the success of data migration and resolve any issues that may arise. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Oracle Cloud best practices and recommend process improvements to enhance data conversion efficiency. Must be able to drive and lead the data conversion strategies and deliverables and keep the data conversion workstream on schedule. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to have skills: -------------------------- Knowledge around Customer conversions and their mapping & loading methods. Knowledge about AR invoices & AR receipts conversion Good to have an understanding of the PPM module and its related conversions.
