Sound knowledge on AJAX, HTML/CSS, PHP. Conduct operational support for Oracle RightNow CRM workspaces. Define, document and align users profiles with business functions, create workspaces, and develop automated workflows. Provide administrative support on a daily basis, including provisioning and de-provisioning. Develop operational reports and dashboards, provide documentation of processes and procedures. Troubleshooting experience in variety of technical issues. Knowledge of SSO, SAML & OAUTH implementation. Insurance domain exp.
