The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aligning IT systems with organizational business processes, along with leadership experience. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with our strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Lead a team of application engineers in the design, development, and implementation of IT systems that support organizational business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure that IT systems are scalable, reliable, and secure, meeting industry best practices and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT systems with existing infrastructure and third-party applications. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in application development, recommending innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Mandatory Requirements: 5+ years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. 3+ years of experience in a lead capacity. Bachelors degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
