| Title :- SDET Lead Fully remote NO H1B An incoming candidate must have strong communication, technical, automation, and assurance skills. They also must be able to assess risk and create test strategies independently. The candidate must have strong quality assurance practice knowledge and hands-on implementation of functional and performance testing. Must-Haves: Demonstrated hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and testing applications running on cloud technologies Demonstrated knowledge of cloud components and architecture (preferably AWS and core services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS, etc.) Understanding and ability to describe and critique application architectures Hands-on experience and ability to develop UI and API automated tests and frameworks (e.g., Rest Assured, Selenium, Cucumber, etc.,) Experience executing and implementing QA strategies that include all functional and nonfunctional quality assurance considerations Expertise with object-oriented programming (Java, JavaScript, or Python preferred - Pytest) and prior experience with application or automation framework development Expertise implementing tests with modern automated testing tools (e.g., Pytest, Playwright, Karate, etc.), frameworks, and patterns Ability to independently design and create test strategies for complex software Ability to manage/lead QA teams and mentor/develop Software Development Engineers in Test Ability to create, execute, debug, and analyze automated load and performance tests Ability to develop automated tests using mocks/stubs Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Able to work with light supervision (optional for Senior SDET IC role) Demonstrable experience seeking out information and learning through self-research Strong written and verbal communication skills Required Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders including team members, team leads, and senior leadership Prior experience estimating and prioritizing work Ability to make decisions with partial or limited data Ability to assess, communicate, mitigate and escalate risks when necessary Nice-to-Haves : Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning Foundational knowledge of application security testing Hands-on DevOps skills (e.g. Jenkins) Thanks & Regards Manish Kumar Sr. Technical Recruiter Email: [email protected] Linkedin: linkedin.com/in/manish-chaudhary-jaat-21b9011a3 ANVETA, Inc Address: 1333 Corporate Drive, Suite #108 Irving, TX 75038, USA -- Keywords: quality analyst user interface sthree information technology Texas Hiring For SDET Lead , Remote :: NO H1B [email protected] |
