Candidate would need to have 7-10 years of experience (there would be CXO presentations) in statistical forecasting in supply chain domain (Kinaxis knowledge would be advantage) Job Description Support statistical planning and decision making across all businesses in 2024 and drive an enterprise solution. Develop with COE, best practices and shareability of the Rapid Response (RR) statistical planning process in RR. Develop SOP for data cleansing, causals, outliers, and statistical level item and hierarchy management and generation. Drive and implement innovative analytics techniques within the RR solution to improve accuracy and metrics. Collaborate with global stakeholders for continuous process improvement centered around the enterprise solution and statistical functionality in RR. Assist with the development and implementation of statistical forecast performance metrics within the businesses and identify improvement opportunities for further COE engagement. Assess existing forecast models within RR, identify, and prioritize areas for improvement and to improve functionality over time based on insights, trends, and assumptions around market intelligence. Analyze historical sales data, trends, and patterns affecting accuracy and work closely with global businesses to recommend the necessary forecast algorithm best applicable to their specific business. Lead and manage statistical forecasting innovation and automation leveraging RR advanced statistical and analytical techniques.
