An early response is really appreciated Role: Senior Azure Database Administrator Location: Houston, TX Remote (two to three days onsite in a month) Visa : No H1B 12 months Deploying, monitoring and managing database instances in Azure, using CI/CD and IaC (Infra as Code). Can document SOPs and implement cloud-based security policies and procedures. Can work collaboratively with App Dev, App Support and Infosec teams. Expertise in Azure SQL, Snowflake and Azure Data Factory Thorough knowledge of Azure DevOps Experience with supporting Enterprise Application Databases across Dev, QA, UAT and Production Hands on experience with Power BI and Azure Synapse (optional) Familiarity with Azure data technologies: Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Datalake etc. Proven track record in database tuning, scaling and performance management Strong knowledge in system management languages especially Terraform Multiple scripting languages in your toolbox (e.g. Python, GO, PERL, or Powershell) Experience using building infrastructure via CLI in an automated, repeatable manner Knowledge of containerization (e.g. Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS) Looking forward to work with you !!
