Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Migrating/Integrating legacy contact center technology with CCaaS applications. Experience with Genesys Cloud preferred but not required. Five9s experience preferred, but not required. Ujet experience preferred, but not required. Nice CXOne experience preferred, but not required.
