Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant Location: Mercer, PA (Onsite) (Local Only) Duration: 12+ Months CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO PA JOB DETAILS - 1) Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant - Primary objective includes design, implementation, configuration, build, test activities in Oracle Cloud engagement. 2) Mandatory to have prior large Oracle Cloud transformation experience and Finance background. 3) Involved in delivery and execution of large/strategic Oracle Cloud transformation engagements 4) Required excellent customer facing/ other vendor facing interpersonal skills 5) Conversant with working with offshore development team6) Excellent communication skills 7) Expert Oracle Fusion Cloud experience in at least one or more of these modules: HCM suite (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Self Service) 8) Hands-on experience with Cloud release 13 or higher 9) Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations 10)Prior experience leading Fusion implementations/upgrades Competencies: Digital : SaaS HCM-Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud, Digital : SaaS ERP Project Portfolio Management Oracle Cloud, US Payroll Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: 1) Mandatory to have prior large Oracle Cloud transformation experience and HCM & US Payroll background. 2) Lead the implementation of the Oracle Cloud ERP HCM modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Payroll, Payroll costing, Benefits, Recruitment. 3) Work with HCM, Payroll and business stakeholders to understand HCM requirements and provide solutions using the Oracle Cloud ERP product suite. 4) Stay up to date with the latest developments in the Oracle Cloud ERP HCM product suite and share knowledge with the HCM and technology teams. 5) Configure/Build the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups. 6) Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle Cloud projects. 7) Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle Fusion Cloud projects. 8) Validate configuration and data for Oracle Cloud HCM projects. 9) Oracle Cloud Finance Implementation experience in HCM & Payroll - at least 2 hands-on implementation experience is a must 10) Proven track record in successfully delivering ERP Consulting/Advisory engagements 11) Deep understanding of the HCM Business Process flows in Oracle Cloud 12) Capable of preparing functional design documents for interfaces, data migrations, reports, and PaaS extensions 13) Capable of preparing Configuration documents in Oracle Cloud financials 14) 10+ years experience in Oracle ERP products and technologies 15) Excellent presentation, written and oral, communication skills, Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration and coordination with customers and external functions. 16) Must have public sector experience including knowledge of US Payroll Thanks | Regards Anna Williams |Technical Recruiter [email protected] www.adameservices.com https://www.linkedin.com/in/anushka-kanojiya-304508235 Adame Services 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801 | USA Keywords: access management Pennsylvania Urgent Hiring : Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant : Mercer, PA (Onsite) (Local Only) [email protected] |
