| Lead .Net Developer Remote 1 Year USC and GC Candidate should have: 10+ years of web development experience with increasing responsibilities implementing medium and large-scale projects, product integration and/or development systems. Strong experience using ASP.NET, MVC, C# and JavaScript with solid understanding of their ecosystem, and user-friendly focus. Strong experience using T-SQL with an ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures. Experience with design, develop, maintain and enhance systems based on business requirements using approved technologies and coding standards. Strong understand of object-oriented design, web application architecture, and relational database design. Client-side scripting experience with JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular and jQuery a plus. Demonstrated technical flexibility and the ability to work with different business areas and new systems/technologies. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (MVS) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and customers by translating requirements and use cases into technical designs and functional code. Practical experience following SDLC and iterative development processes, change control with experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for work management a plus. Strong knowledge of performing design and code reviews in help maintaining code quality, performance, and application responsiveness. Strong communication skills, team building skills, and ability to gain cooperation and to motivate others. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance web applications, ensure application architecture aligns with business requirements and industry best practices. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in .NET for backend development. Develop dynamic and responsive front-end applications using Angular. Integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly and work with RESTful services and APIs to connect various application layers. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and scalability issues. Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers, foster a collaborative and productive team environment, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
