[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Requisition Details Title/Role: IN IOT - Project Manager - Security Operations Work Arrangement: Hybrid Worksite Address: Local candidates only :100 N Senate Ave, IGCN/N551 Indianapolis, IN 26402 The Project Manager for the Security Operations Team in the Indiana Office of Technology is responsible for delivering and coordinating security projects and initiatives. Project Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, vendors, and end users, to scope, plan, identify issues and risks, as well as lead resources that are not direct reports to successful project completion within the defined timeline and budget. Responsibility: Work has a direct effect and impact on the Indiana Office of Technology (IOT) and other agencys ability to protect confidential citizen information, as well as other sensitive information. Ability to influence change and action with individuals that are not direct reports. Required / Desired Skills Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience IT project scoping, stakeholder management, resource planning, tracking resources to dates/budgets, documenting/tracking issues, risks and escalation Required 3 Years High degree of emotional intelligence in working with resources, stakeholders, and colleagues. Required 3 Years Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a focus on security and/or IT operations (app dev, SaaS, Infrastructure, Network) Required 3 Years Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
