Role: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central SME Locations: Irving, TX (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, providing hands-on expertise in system configuration, implementation, and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement scalable solutions, and ensure successful integration with other HR systems. Analyze and streamline HR processes to drive efficiency and align with best practices, leveraging the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Assist clients with change management activities, including training, communication, and user adoption strategies, to ensure a smooth transition to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and recommend innovative solutions to improve HR operations. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support. In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central. Strong understanding of HR business processes and the ability to translate requirements into effective system configurations. Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects, including system upgrades and enhancements. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certified. Other Module Certification a plus. Experience with various scales of HR implementations, including global implementations with multi-country payroll and compliance requirements. Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
