This role is crucial for driving our initiatives in building scalable speech-to-text engines and implementing multiple Gen AI use cases. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineers across three scrum teams. Develop and deploy scalable speech-to-text solutions and NLP models. Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance servicing capabilities for frontline engineers. Drive the implementation of Gen AI use cases, including summarization and speech-to-text technologies. Work with data and analytics teams to improve servicing technology through innovative solutions. Ensure robust back-end server-side development, focusing on microservices and data-related work. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in software development, with significant expertise in Python and machine learning. Strong background in speech-to-text technologies and unstructured data handling. Proficiency in NLP and building scalable ML models. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (P) and P services is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
