| From: Sam, Adventa Tech Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to support LEO E & T workforce development applications, including the One Stop Management Information System (OSMIS), OSMIS Dashboard, Career Explorer, Michigan Adult Education Reporting System (MAERS), and Information Management, Performance, and Customer Tracking (IMPACT). Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System/Business Analyst conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and requirement gatherings. Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing. Minimum of 1 year of RDBMS/SQL experience. Preferred experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in SAP BO is a plus. Job Duties: Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis/improvement, requirements management, and software testing. Assess As Is and To Be processes, document gaps, and collect end-user requirements for business process and software improvement. Categorize and segment similar requirements, addressing client pain points. Maintain up-to-date requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans using Excel, Word documents, and Microsoft Azure. Facilitate planning and requirements meetings to understand and create solutions for improved user experience. Support agile product development and participate in Sprint ceremonies. Collaborate with product development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and design software systems. Maintain reusable scripts, technical documentation, and specifications; develop user stories and initial wireframes. Develop software test plans and participate in regression, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing. Conduct sessions and focus groups with users to capture feedback and refine requirements. Serve as liaison between client business users and development teams, communicating and interpreting requirements and technical solutions. Elicit new product ideas, improve existing solutions, and support program management documentation. Develop high-quality presentations for client meetings and document notes and action items. Possess basic knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS), SQL, and Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Visio.
