Should have at least 12+ years of work experience 2. They should mention how many years is in the US ( should have at least five years of working experience in the US) 3. They should have a public LinkedIn profile so their work ex can be validated and that matches the resume. 5. Thorough spring boot/new Java exp and should be a senior developer profile who can handle projects independently. Skills: Java, Spring boot Proven experience as a Java Sever side or Full Stack senior developer. Strong server-side or Full-stack development experience using core Java, Spring, Spring boot, Spring data, and Spring security frameworks. Experience in writing unit tests and code coverage. Oauth 2.0/OpenId protocol knowledge is nice to have. Javascript(React JS) with graphQL experience is nice to have. Golang experience/ willing to learn Golang is nice to have. Experience working with DevOps and knowledge of CI/CD process. Worked in an Agile team environment.
