This is Snowflake database with cloud; not Snowflake schemas. It is a large, complex data sets they will be optimizing. Overall, 10 years of experience: 1.) 5+ years of Snowflake data engineering and AWS data engineering experience, Architecture or Principle engineer level (will not accept senior level candidate without proven principle engineering level experience). Experience with both in production environments. 2.) Strong OOP Python skills 3.) SQL performance tuning 4.) Experience with AWS well architected framework Job Description Snowflake/AWS Integration Architect As an architect / Engineer you will lead all stages of software development including refining product vision, gathering requirements, project planning, software system design, coding, testing, release, deployment and support. Will be optimizing and simplifying existing structures. Leading the team in adapting best practices to increase efficiency. Responsibilities: 1. Review the snowflake integration design - using this design to continue to build multiple use cases 2. Manage the CI/CD of snowflake Changes 3. Admin the snowflake environment ( Pipe, Warehouse, user ...) 4. Automate the data quality activities in snowflake ( Task , workflow) 5. Integrate AWS - Snowflake - PowerBI - UI Apps Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science or Electrical engineering or related field is required 10 years or more of software development experience or at least 8 years of experience with masters degree in computer science or related field.
