As a D365 F&O Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and expertise in the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) environment, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree: In Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) with a focus on AP, AR, Rentals, and other relevant modules. Technical Skills: Proficiency in D365 F&O configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of database management and SQL. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
