Overseethecreation,implementation,andenforcementofagency-widedatagovernancepoliciesandprocesses,includingdefiningandimplementingchangestotheagency'sdatacollections,datarequests,anddatareleases. 4. Planandfacilitatenecessarymeetings,includingpreparingtheagenda,leadingdiscussions,andtrackingandfollowinguponactionitems. 5. Createandmaintainacriticaldataissueslogthatidentifiesproblemsthatimpededataqualityanduse.IdentifyDepartmentstaffwhowillbeaccountableforresolvingeachissue. 6. ConveneworkinggroupsofdatastewardstoaddressorresolvedatagovernanceneedswithintheDepartment. 7. Facilitatecollaborationbetweenprogramareasandtechnologyregardingdataquality. 8. ServeasaliaisonbetweentheDataGovernanceCommitteeandDepartmentleadership,includingescalatingissuesforresolutionandsubmittingrecommendationsforapproval. 9. Trackandoverseedatasharingagreements. 10. ServeastheprimarycontactforDepartmentpersonnelregardingdatagovernance,quality,andcomplianceissues.
