The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of One Identity Manager solutions to ensure efficient identity and access management (IAM) within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Design, deploy, and configure One Identity Manager solutions to meet business requirements. Integrate One Identity Manager with various enterprise applications and systems. Customize workflows, roles, and policies within One Identity Manager. System Maintenance and Support: Perform regular system maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for One Identity Manager-related issues. Monitor system health and optimize performance to ensure high availability and reliability. Identity and Access Management: Manage user identities, roles, and access permissions across the organization. Implement and enforce IAM policies, ensuring compliance with security standards. Support user provisioning and de-provisioning processes, including automated workflows. Security and Compliance: Ensure One Identity Manager adheres to organizational security policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct security assessments and audits, implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain audit logs and reports to track user activity and access changes. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on One Identity Manager functionalities. Develop and update knowledge base articles and best practices. Project Management: Lead or participate in IAM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM). At least 2 years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager. Proven experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions in enterprise environments. Skills: Strong understanding of IAM concepts, practices, and technologies. Proficiency in configuring and customizing One Identity Manager. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, SQL). Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory. Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL. Familiarity with security principles and practices, including encryption and compliance standards. Experience with other IAM solutions and tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in One Identity Manager or other IAM technologies. Experience in a consulting or managed services environment.
