Program manages product validation efforts and report status to the using agreed forums and tools. Drive and execute validation to meet key deadlines and priority goals Leading teams, delegating work, monitoring work progress, and Status Reporting to customer Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for quantifying system performance of NPI prototype hardware for comprehensive product validation. Work with the functional domain leads to estimate resource needs (people and equipment) based on validation scope. Convert large data sets into clear summaries for stakeholders at all levels. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years' work experience in consumer electronics industry and end to end hardware development processes. Excellent technical program management skills. Proficient in developing complex schedules, estimating resource needs, driving actions, publishing meeting minutes, driving weekly customer status meetings. Experience in one or more relevant areas: EE testing (SoC, Memory, high speed interfaces) Firmware/Embedded Software, Audio, Connectivity (WiFi/BT), cameras, displays, sensors electro-mechanical fixtures, Experience in developing test strategies, encompassing the creating of test plans, design of test cases, development of custom tools, and formation of testing architectures.
