Collaborate with development teams to understand their needs and provide solutions to streamline their workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions configurations. Continuously monitor and optimize pipeline performance to improve efficiency and reliability. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in CI/CD and DevOps. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on GitHub Actions and related CI/CD practices. Document and share knowledge related to CI/CD processes, best practices, and GitHub Actions configurations. Requirements: Proven experience with CI/CD processes and tools, specifically GitHub Actions. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, etc.). Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to work onsite in Phoenix with a hybrid model of 3 days in the office per week.
