Sys Implementation partner Job Description: Update Pay Rules as needed (zones for special Pay, OT, etc), Maintain holiday tables, Watch transaction assistant for interface errors, Monitor Devices and troubleshoots if one goes offline, Update Leave Rules, Attendance Events, or Accrual Policies as needed, Assist with schedule groups and schedule patterns, Assist with Hyperfind Queries, Dataviews, Organizational Sets & Employee groups, Manage Cross Reference tables, Add new Pay codes and Pay code access profiles as needed, Add new Work Rules and Work rule access profiles as needed, if security needs updated or a new role created, manages Function access profiles, Manage Attendance and Leave Documents that are held within system Participate in software requirements gathering and documentation, development, configuration testing, and validation **May assume data archive responsibilities from Analytics/Reporting resource * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
