Strong in SQL: Proficient in SQL for data analysis and manipulation. Should have a good understanding of UI/UX principles to effectively capture requirements from the business and communicate them with designers. Able to Analyze and capture high-level data requirements from the business and breakdown into user stories and communicate them with developers. Responsible for handling sprint grooming and providing requirements to developers, clarifying any questions that arise. Responsible for ensuring that requirements and implementation are aligned, serving as a proxy to the business and facilitating requirement mapping. Should have good experience with any BI tool. Proficient in user story, feature, and Business Requirements Document (BRD) documentation.
