Project Summary: Provide a minimum of 20 hours of monthly maintenance and support services Configuration of the CRM system in response to additional requirements requested by users Adding fields Removing fields Enhancing the existing newsletter design functionality beyond the current one-picture-followed-by-text-description design Accommodating new Salesforce releases Installing software patches Building new reports Training users on how to use the CRM system Training users on how to set up reports Training and helping users send out newsletters Providing documentation to the Administration & Finance Division of the Clerk of the Board by request Installing multifactor authentication Integrate and Interface the CRM with other software systems of the City and the Board of Supervisors including but not limited to the 311 system and a legislative management system Ensuring high availability Responding to requests for help from users during regular business hours and also outside of business hours Provide contact data and usage data and any other reports upon request Provide and maintain user manuals ensuring that these manuals are up to date Document the software design and architecture Assist with and advise on the Salesforce License Renewal including providing counts of the number of licenses needed and the number of contacts stored in the CRM Performing other tasks and duties as needed and as assigned The Board of Supervisors has a need for an expert and experienced Salesforce Software Developer to maintain and enhance the existing Salesforce Service and Marketing Cloud with Case Management CRM System as described by the following: Maintenance of the existing CRM systems interface, coding, and scripting tiers Upkeep, activation, on-going maintenance, and support of the CRM system Enhancement of the newsletter functionality by creating additional newsletter designs per user requirements and beyond the existing one-picture-followed-by-text layout Training of users on the CRM system Update, maintenance, and creation of user manuals and documentation of the system design and architecture Performance of as-needed duties and other duties as required during and outside of regular business hours by user request Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of Five Years of Experience Implementing Salesforce CRM System Solutions. (Must provide certification of prior work experience from three previous clients and samples of prior work from three previous projects) Prior professional experience working with Exact Target Newsletter Marketing. (Must provide certification of prior work experience from one previous client and sample of prior work from one previous project demonstrating experience, expertise, and knowledge of the Exact Target Newsletter Marketing including the history of the development of the Exact Target Newsletter Marketing Software) Prior professional experience with Open APIs. (Must provide certification of prior work experience from one previous client and sample of prior work from one previous project) Prior professional experience with Software Interfaces.
