Responsibilities: - Lead requirements gathering and solution design. - Contribute to the creation of statements of work. - Design, implement, and monitor automated email and web campaigns. - Advise clients on optimizing their marketing strategies. Skills: - Strong understanding of marketing KPIs (e.g., email marketing and conversion metrics). - Expertise in reporting and analyzing campaign activity using Pardot reports; knowledge of B2B Marketing Analytics is desirable. - Ability to make data-driven recommendations to the business. Additional Knowledge: - Familiarity with Sales Cloud features, such as Engagement History, Campaign Influence, B2B Marketing Analytics, and the drag-and-drop email builder. - Experience with non-native Pardot integrations. - Marketing Cloud experience is an advantage. - Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
