| Job Title: Lead data Engineer Location: Remote Type: Contract/C2C Client Deloitte/ Ed Jon's Visa -USC/GC Share Your Updated Resume [email protected] Responsibilities: * Partner with business stakeholders to define, categorize, and catalog data elements within the organization. * Implement and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. * Utilize Collibra and other data governance tools to document data lineage, ownership, and access controls. * Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to identify and resolve data quality issues. * Perform data profiling and analysis using query languages (including DB2) to understand data structure and identify potential anomalies. * Possess a working knowledge of data flows and data sources within relational databases. * Champion the use of advanced charting techniques and data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively. * Generate reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to summarize data findings and recommendations. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 3+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related field. * Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices. * Experience with data modelling and master data management concepts (preferred). * Proficiency in Collibra or similar data governance tools. * Working knowledge of SQL and DB2 querying languages. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Highly motivated and detail-oriented. -- Keywords: information technology green card Hiring Hiring Immediate Lead data Engineer [email protected] |
