Responsible for downstream (Buying & Invoicing) modules and related technologies supporting the Source to Pay organizations. Work very closely with Functional, Customer Procurement, and IT teams to understand the requirements and design, build SAP Ariba solutions. Providing support to business as they migrate new suppliers and business processes to Ariba. This includes configuration, testing of processes and resolving technical issues. Build Proofs-of-Concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technology. Create and present technical design including data analysis to business team and seek feedback to influence solution design and approach. Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba downstream modules and SAP systems experience are required. Experienced in Procure to Pay process in Ariba. Ariba Integration experience with cXML, Proxies, IDOCs, Webservices, and using CIG, CPI. Proficient in calling Ariba API's using CPI/Middleware for reporting. Experienced with Supplier integration and related issues. Highly experienced in Catalog administration. Setting up Ariba Punch-out and CIF catalogs. Enable procurement of materials/services from Supplier-hosted catalogs. Assists supplier with Catalog setup, testing, and troubleshooting. Answers supplier questions related to the requirements. Conducts Catalog enablement-related trainings for identified suppliers. Helps and guides the supplier in the creation of buyer requested Catalog projects. Exposure to other Finance business process areas including Accounts Payable, GL Accounting, and Tax is a plus. Expert in creation of Service request and Incident tickets with Ariba and working with Ariba support teams.
