Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing. Identify, document, and track defects. Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to understand requirements. Assist in configuring and deploying Workday solutions. Conduct data validation for accuracy. Generate and analyze reports. Liaise between HR, payroll, and technical teams. Provide updates on testing progress. Develop and deliver training materials. Provide ongoing support for Workday issues. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR/Payroll systems testing, focusing on Workday. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
