Job Requirements : High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required. Minimum two years experience as a Systems Administrator required. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Back Office products. Strong knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SSL, Web Services and Information Security. Fundamental knowledge of SQL and scripting in batch and PowerShell. Computer literate with a proficiency in Microsoft office products and Windows Desktop Operating Systems. Strong math skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, good negotiation skills. Detail-oriented. Exercises sound judgment. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Ability to maintain a professional composure with customers in difficult situations. Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to customer information and employee records.
