( can be on-site) Location : Dallas, TX Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Website Developer and Technical Documentation Writer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and applications. This role will also be responsible for creating comprehensive technical documentation to support our IT infrastructure and end-user training. Key Responsibilities: *SharePoint Development: - Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and custom applications. - Implement SharePoint solutions using out-of-the-box features, custom development, and third-party tools. - Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications. - Customize SharePoint layouts, web parts, and features to meet business requirements. - Manage permissions, security, and site settings. - Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues. *Technical Documentation: - Create, edit, and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user guides, system architecture diagrams, SOPs, and training materials. - Document SharePoint development processes, configurations, and customizations. - Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation. - Update and maintain documentation to reflect changes in systems, processes, and software updates. *Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in SharePoint development and administration. - Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, and Office 365. - Strong knowledge of SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other related tools. - Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). - Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure, and other relevant technologies. - Excellent technical writing skills with a strong attention to detail. - Ability to create clear and concise documentation for various audiences. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Preferred Qualifications: - Microsoft SharePoint certifications. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Experience with other content management systems (CMS).
