Strong understanding of business processes and systems in various industries. Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Proficiency in creating detailed functional specifications and process flow diagrams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.
