No Visa or GC candidates. 100% Remote. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Title: Sr. Lead Data Scientist Work Location: USA 100% Remote Travel: Up to 20% to client site. Purpose of the Position: Work together to create relevant data science solutions with business teams, data science leads, and decide on engineering frameworks. Ascertain the solution's pros and cons, as well as how it interacts with business procedures and whether it is suitable for usage in a commercial setting. Collaborate with the business teams to make sure the suggested solution is implemented and maintain track of the anticipated short- and long-term benefits. Include all firm stakeholders in a variety of ways, including one-on-one conversations, events, and internal social media platforms. Key Result Areas and Activities: At least 9 years AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) experience with a minimum of 4 years in a lead position. Establish the AI/ML department's overarching strategic focus in accordance with organisational needs and general industry trends. Collaborate with business teams, data science leads to provide pertinent data science solutions. Determine both the qualitative and quantitative benefits of the solution, as well as how it interacts with business processes and whether it is appropriate for use in business. Work and Technical Experience: Extensive knowledge of the organization's business operations and procedures. Knowledge in developing frameworks, templates, processes, and governance for building the AI team within the organization. A track record of leading workshops and discovery sessions to examine business teams' present priorities, difficulties, and emphasis areas. Must have worked closely with business teams, data science leads to provide relevant data science solutions. Identifying the solution's qualitative and quantitative benefits, as well as its interaction with business processes and suitability for business action. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's degree is a plus) Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods. At least 9 years AI/ML experience with a minimum of 4 years in a lead position.
