Advanced experience in GIS analysis, including the Esri suite of products 3. Advanced experience working with linear referencing systems 4. Strong knowledge and understanding of GIS principals, theories and practices 5. Strong skills in development of analysis procedure, complex system integration, software configuration management, and business analysis 6. Developing and documenting workflows, standards, and best practices 6. Developing and executing test plans for all levels of system testing 7. Scheduling meetings and coordinating project deliverables 8.
