DELIVERABLES/TASKS (1) Working with business leaders and acting as a liaison between IT and business units (typically leadership for assigned business units) or vendors. Viewed as integral to the business in any decisions that may be impacted by technology. (2) Acting as a business relationship manager responsible for the collecting, analyzing, review, documenting and communicating business needs and requirements to the IT organization. (3) Leading the gathering of business needs as well as designing solutions through direct interaction with business unit leaders. (4) Focusing on developing and improving business processes at all times, assisting with the development of metrics, both within the technology and business organizations. (5) Identifying, proposing, and influencing business solutions, negotiating deliverables and requirements across multiple business customers or organizations.
