Definition of organizations and roles including segregation by business teams, and permissions set up, according to best practices. Authentication/Authorization and permissions configuration, including integration with Azure AD and SSO. Installation of Secure Agent instances on-prem in non-production and production environments. Set up connectivity to Santander on-prem data sources (mainly Oracle, SQL Server, Denodo). Set up connectivity to Santander Snowflake enterprise data warehouse and AWS Athena data lake. Migration activities:- Scope definition based on analysis of existing business glossary, metadata catalog, and data connectors in EDC/Axon. Migration planning in a phased approach following prioritization defined by Santander project lead. Migration execution by exporting/importing existing content to Cloud, and/or re-configuration of data connectors to re-scan metadata. Conduct technical validations and support UAT testing. implementation activities: Support users during weeks immediately after go live during stabilization phase only.
