Title: ServiceNow Business System Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: Longterm Need only GC or itizens. Only East Coast candidates As a Business Systems Analyst supporting the Corporate Functions space, you will focus on the design, development, and maintenance of the business architecture and processes which support Corporate Functions motions. Using your knowledge of ServiceNow and its boundary systems, you will work with business partners, end-users, and their management teams to improve processes, writing requirements and guiding features that deliver simplicity and scale to the teams you support. A successful candidate will be able to work directly, in a hands-on way with systems and data, and can lead multiple technical priorities at one time. You enjoy having a high degree of responsibility for turning ambiguous problems into solutions that are usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the ServiceNow platform. Candidates must have following skill-sets: 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst focused on ServiceNow. Must have experience implementing solutions in ServiceNow - *ITSM and HR modules.* 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Case management and other corporate functional domains. MUST have experience working with Confluence/Wiki and other intranet solutions. Experience working on scrum teams and understand agile best practices. Working as primary point of contact with stakeholders for all on-demand, run-the-engine, and bug requests related to ServiceNow. Ability to share what enhancements are being released and keep other teams working in ServiceNow aware of what features IT is looking into or working on. Ability to partner with HR counterparts to align on strategies such as knowledge management, case management, documentation management, new agent onboarding, etc. Coordinate UAT with primary stakeholders after a developer has completed their work, and you provide approval for deployment when testing is completed. Must be able to coordinate ServiceNow tickets for refinement by writing user stories, identifying current and future state, and writing acceptance criteria.
