Minimum one (1) year experience in: Documentation of technical requirements in project tracking system Building and executing test plans for software modifications Desirable Skills: Programming experience in development and support: Proficient command of written and spoken English, should demonstrate fluency in both oral and writing communications. Experience in development relating to legislative or government business processes. Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
